1. VIA CREDIT / DEBIT CARD
Fill in the number, expiration date, type (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), three-digit CVV, expiration date and name of the owner of your credit or debit card in order to make your purchase.
For the security of your transactions, the company KARAVELLAKI S.A. cooperates with the international internet transaction protection company Verisign which ensures a completely secure environment for your online transactions.
Doses they are only made on purchases over €80 using a credit card.
For purchases worth from €80 to €149.99, up to 6 monthly interest-free installments are made, for purchases over €150 12 monthly interest-free installments.
Visa, Mastercard, cards are accepted. All installments are calculated based on the online price of the product and the number of installments is calculated according to the purchase value as described below:
€80 – €149.99: up to 6 Interest-Free Installments
€150 – and over €: up to 12 Interest-Free Installments
Note: The issuance of receipts / invoices to be paid by credit / debit card will necessarily be made to the cardholder's details. Otherwise, the completion / dispatch of the order will not be possible.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE
Choose to pay for your order to the ELTA Courier employee (up to the amount of €499) who will deliver your order. Payment by cash on delivery is only valid if you choose ELTA Courier as the shipping method.
In the case of choosing to pay by cash on delivery, the customer is charged the amount of 2.5 euros, which corresponds to the cost of cash on delivery.
Note: Payment by cash on delivery is not valid for orders outside Greece and for shipments with Transport Agencies.
3. PAYMENT IN OUR STORE
If you choose to pick up your order from our store then you can choose between 2 payment methods:
• Payment in cash at our store
• Payment by credit or debit card..
Note: The issuance of receipts / invoices to be paid by credit / debit card will necessarily be made to the cardholder's details. Otherwise, the completion / dispatch of the order will not be possible. Your credit or debit card will be charged at the store upon receipt of your order.
Orders for collection and payment at our store remain reserved for a period of 5 days from the customer's notification of their receipt. After this period the products are released
4. WITH BANK DEPOSIT
Choose to pay for your order by direct bank deposit to one of the company's bank accounts below:

In this case, your order will be executed after we receive knowledge about the deposit of the money. In order to speed up the process, please send us the copy of the deposit receipt by email to (karamous@otenet.gr) when you make the deposit. Please also note your name and the order number sent to you by email on the deposit slip.
The deposit of funds should be completed within two business days. Otherwise, the order will be considered cancelled.
5. PAYMENT TO THE GUIDE OF KARAVELLAKI S.A.
Pay the cash to our company driver who will deliver your order. This option is only valid for orders within the island of Rhodes with a value of up to €499.
