4 METHODS OF SHIPPING
1. WITH COURIER
All orders placed daily until 13:00 are processed on the same day and our company makes every effort to deliver courier companies from our headquarters on the same day, with delivery by the courier the next business day. Valid if all the products of your order are available.
In case the order is registered after 13:00 is taken as an order for the next business day. Orders on Saturday after 12:00 and Sunday are processed on Monday.
After sending your order you will receive an e-mail confirming the completion and sending of the order, which contains the voucher number with which your order was executed.
If your order has been delivered to Elta Courier, you can check the progress of your order on the ELTA COURIER website by entering the shipping number
Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery times of orders are 2-5 working days (for orders registered until 13.00),
Our company makes every effort to receive your order within 2-3 working days throughout Greece.
Excluded from the above are public holidays and cases of force majeure such as weather events, etc.
Delivery times are only indicative and the company KARAVELLAKI SA does not carry
liability for any delays in deliveries that are not due to fault or constitute events of force majeure, e.g. problems from severe weather, strikes or on the road network, etc.
The option 'Shipping by Courier' excludes all classical - electric - stage pianos, as well as all electronic - acoustic Drums and generally large volume products.
Shipping costs:
If the value of your order is greater than 120 euros, then the transfer is free for all of Greece.
The free transfer covers the shipment of your order to the shipping address that you declare when registering your order, unless your area is considered inaccessible based on the Elta list. In this case you will have to pick up your order from the nearest store courrier or to bear the costs of the courrier that may exist for its transportation to your place.

In case your order is worth up to 120 euros then:
• If you choose shipping by Courier you will be charged with shipping costs of 4.50 euros
• If you choose collection from a store there is no charge.
* If your area is considered inaccessible based on the courier list you should pick up from the nearest courier store or incur the courier costs that may exist to transport your order to your place.
In case of cash on delivery option, the charge is 2.80 euros. (valid for purchases up to 499.99 euros)
2. WITH TRANSPORT AGENCY
Your order will be sent with the transport agencies cooperating with KARAVELLAKI SA.
Upon sending your order, you will receive an email with the contact details of the transport agency used for your order.
For orders worth more than 120.00 euros there is no charge, while for orders worth less than 120.00 euros there is a charge of 15 euros. (Excludes electric and classic pianos. Costs will be calculated by phone from our company)
The shipment with a transport agency concerns the bulky or heavy products such as Pianos, Electric Pianos, Large Harmonies, Speakers, Large Consoles etc.
Delivery of your order is made on the ground floor, at the entrance of the building-house (provided that the shipping area is not inaccessible).
3. RECEIPT FROM OUR STORE
You can choose to pick up your order from our store. When you choose the specific method of receipt, you will be informed by phone at the contact number you entered in the order or electronically (e-mail) in order to receive your order. The time of receipt from a store ranges from 1 to 3 working days.
Orders remain blocked for 5 days after the customer is notified of their receipt. After this period the products are released.
4. SHIPPING WITH GUIDE BY KARAVELLAKI SA (valid only for orders within Rhodes and at a distance of 15 km from our store)
For orders worth more than 79.00 euros, you can choose the shipment of your order with a guide of KARAVELLAKI SA. at no extra charge. (Classic pianos are excluded. In electric pianos there is a charge of 35 euros, for transport-assembly-presentation).
The delivery of products with a large volume on a floor without elevator is charged 20 euros, in the center of Rhodes. For the villages the charge is made by arrangement
Deliveries are made daily and by appointment.
The assembly upon delivery of the product is charged 35 euros within Rhodes and a distance of 15 km from our store. The assembly, depending on the type, may take place at the site of 'KARAVELLAKI SA'. and the product to be delivered assembled at the customer's place.
The following charges apply for transfers of classical piano:
• Transfer of a classical piano to the ground floor € 100
• From the 1st floor and above is done using a crane (Customer charge)
Additional cost of Crane: From € 150.00.
